This rate is for all clients that are not under a management agreement with Netirio.

Any IT support outside of our normal business hours for clients not under 24/7 support agreements.

This rate includes any consulting for projects outside of Microsoft 365.

All engineering is done by senior engineers and solutions architects relating to the Microsoft 365 platform

All local travel is considered less than 50 miles from Netirio's Office. This fee applies to any client not under management

All long distance travel is considered greater than 50 miles from Netirio's Office. This applies to clients not under management.

The out of state travel fee will be the cost of the plane ticket or travel time and room and board.

Per Diem is required for all travel greater than 100 miles or out of state travel from Netirio's Offices.
