Own the design, maintenance and security of client server, cloud and network environments. You’ll be the escalation point for complex issues and lead projects such as migrations, Azure deployments and infrastructure upgrades.

Be the first friendly voice clients hear when something breaks. You’ll triage tickets, resolve common desktop, email and application issues, and escalate when needed while keeping users informed.

Handle escalated tickets that need deeper troubleshooting across servers, networks, identity and cloud services, and mentor Tier 1 technicians along the way.

Travel to client sites to install, repair and upgrade workstations, printers, network gear and cabling, and provide hands-on support where remote help isn’t enough.

Help growing businesses find the right IT partner. You’ll prospect, qualify leads, book meetings for our sales team and build relationships with business owners across Colorado and Arizona.
