Keep your internal IT staff. Add our helpdesk, security bench, and after-hours coverage on top. You stay in control of strategy and your business systems — Netirio absorbs the tickets, the patching, the monitoring, and the 2 a.m. calls.
They keep the relationships, the roadmap, and the institutional knowledge. We report to them, not around them.
Your users get a real service desk with tracked tickets and SLAs. Tier 1 and Tier 2 come to us; anything business-specific routes straight to your internal lead.
EDR, managed detection and response, email security, phishing simulation, and incident response — the stack and the analysts most internal teams can't staff on their own.
Tenant hardening, license right-sizing, Intune and Entra policy, SharePoint and Teams governance, plus Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure management.
Firewall, switching, wireless, VPN, and server work — designed, deployed, and monitored by engineers who do it every day instead of once every three years.
Every environment we co-manage gets documented in a system your team can read. Quarterly vCIO sessions turn that into a budget and a roadmap you can take to leadership.
Nights, weekends, holidays, PTO, project crunches, and the week your IT person is out sick. Coverage that doesn't depend on one phone staying on.
One or two internal people handling everything from laptop imaging to the ERP migration. Co-managed IT takes the repetitive volume off their plate so the projects that have been sitting in the backlog for eight months finally move.
Your generalist is excellent — and is not a security analyst, a cloud architect, and a network engineer all at once. We plug in the specialist bench for the work that needs it, priced as a service instead of three more salaries.
Headcount is slow, expensive, and hard to reverse. Co-managed capacity scales up for a rollout or an acquisition and back down when it's done, without a hiring cycle or a severance conversation.
With fully managed IT, Netirio owns the entire IT function — you have no internal staff, or none dedicated to technology. With co-managed IT, you keep your internal person or team and we take an agreed portion of the work alongside them. The deliverables overlap heavily; what changes is who owns which queue and who your users call first.
No, and if that’s the goal you want our fully managed service instead. Co-managed engagements exist to make an internal IT person more effective, not redundant. In practice your IT lead usually ends up with more authority, not less — they stop being the ticket queue and start being the person who sets direction and holds a vendor accountable.
We start with a documented responsibility matrix during onboarding. Every recurring function — helpdesk tiers, patching, backups, security alerts, procurement, projects — gets an explicit owner and an escalation path. It’s reviewed every quarter at your vCIO session and adjusted as your team changes.
Our security and monitoring stack needs to be deployed for us to be accountable for those outcomes. Beyond that, we work in your ticketing and documentation systems where it makes sense, or give your team full access to ours. We’ll tell you plainly during scoping which tools are non-negotiable and why.
That’s one of the strongest arguments for co-managed IT. Because the environment is documented on our side and we already run a share of the operations, coverage doesn’t collapse when one person is out. If they leave entirely, we can step up to fully managed while you hire, then step back down.
Most co-managed agreements are priced per user or per endpoint on the services you hand us, with project work quoted separately. Because you keep part of the scope in-house, co-managed typically lands below a fully managed agreement for the same headcount. Use the pricing calculator for a range, or call us for a scoped quote.
